- Cancellations after September 9th,2021 will not be accepted. Name changes are possible.
- All participants and industry representatives must register. Fees include; participation to the scientific program, congress bag and congress abstract book.
- Participant who does not accommodate at the congress hotel or who has not made the reservation through the organization secretary will be considered as external participant and charged 250€ for 4 days (between 08:00-18:00). Price includes coffee break services and lunches served during the congress (28 May-1 June).

RETURN & CANCELLATION TERMS
- Requests for cancellation must be notified in written by 9 January 2022 by e-mail ([email protected]).
- Cancellation requests that are not notified in writing will not be considered. 50% of the cancellation requests will be refunded until 9 January 2022.
- Cancellation requests are not refundable after 9 January 2022.
- Name changes will be made after this date.
- All refunds will be made after the end of the congress according to the conditions stated.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
- Airport transfers will be organized in the form of group transfers as arrival on May 28, 2022, Saturday and return on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
- The roundtrip airport transfer fee will be announced later.
Please contact with Figure Congress for transfers on special and other intermediate days.
- Aircraft changes and all transfer requests must be notified (written) before 48 hours before your trip.
- Your transfer requests will be taken into consideration by e-mail ([email protected]) to the Figure Congress.
